HUET, Helicopter Underwater Escape training course is designed to provide personnel who travel by Helicopter, knowledge and understanding of helicopter escape procedures, evacuation/ escape procedures and practical wet training for rebreather equipment.

SCOPE AND OBJECTIVES OF THE COURSE

The Scope and Objective of the Helicopter Underwater Escape Training- HUET course is to prepare personnel that intend to travel to and from offshore oil and gas installations and vessels by helicopter by providing specific training in pre-flight and in-flight requirements.

This course is conducted as per OPITO Guideline. Covering following topics as per IMO Models.

• Offshore Transportation Safety (Helicopter Safety)
• Helicopter Underwater Escape Procedure
• Survival Hazards
• Survival Equipments
• Abandonment Techniques
• Location Aids
• Rescue from the air
• Rescue by the surface vessel or craft.

• Passport, CDC, INDOS & COC
• 2 Passport size colored photographs
